About
Tucker Hogue
Fractional CFO, BAM Business Advisory
I started BAM in February 2025 because too many good companies run without a real finance seat. They have a bookkeeper, a tax CPA, and an owner who still has to translate the story. That gap is expensive.
My work is grounded in ten years of Big 4 accounting and more than twenty years of finance and commercial leadership. I have served as CFO and in VP Finance, strategic pricing, and national sales roles. I have owned the P&L, set price, built the forecast, and stood in front of the team that had to deliver it.
That mix is the point. Owner-led companies do not need a spectator in the finance chair. They need someone who has operated — and who will still get close enough to the numbers to be useful.
BAM is the practice I wished more businesses could hire: senior judgment, a clear cadence, and no theater. Build the system. Analyze what the business is actually doing. Multiply the parts that deserve the capital.
